SAI Power Systems

For over 30 years, SAI Power Systems has been building power control and distribution solutions including low voltage switchgear, medium voltage switchgear, genset controls, breaker panels and explosion proof cross-the-line starters & VFD panels. SAI are proud to have built hundreds of panels enabling power control and generation for facilities throughout the world.

Solutions scale from single genset control panels to micro-grid solutions managing paralleling gen-sets with hybrid power sources including solar (photovoltaic), wind and battery (BES).

• USL / CNL 1203: Control Panels & Assemblies for Use in Hazardous Locations: Class I Division 1; Groups A, B, C & D Type X & Y Purged and Pressurized
• USL / CNL 1203: Control Panels & Assemblies for Use in Hazardous Locations: Class I Division 2; Groups A, B, C & D Type Z Purged and Pressurized
• USL / CNL 1558: Switchgear Assemblies, Metal Enclosed, Low-Voltage-Power, Circuit-Breaker switchgear
• USL / CNL 1604/ISA 12.12.01-2007: Control Panels in Hazardous Locations: Class I, Division 2; Groups A, B, C & D

Build certification requirements vary depending on environmental rating of target application as governed by country, state, county laws and electrical codes.
