We offer custom electrical equipment including low voltage and medium switchgear. Our solutions are mainly project based, delivering to our customers specifications and requirements. Our team of engineers work closely with end users or project management companies to ensure requirements are defined and met. Deliverables may include; line drawings, PLC logic and HMI application screens, equipment and procedural operating guides.
Equipment is built and tested within SAI UL 508A panel shop. Depending on project terms, project management and approval process will vary, with options for phased deliverables, progress inspections and equipment FAT testing. The finished build is then shipped to location with optional field commissioning and equipment operator training.

SAI Power Systems subsiduary SAI Drive Solutions was formed to specialize on Variable Frequency Drive products. The products include loose drives, packaged drives and hazardous location solutions. The explosion proof drives are certified by nationally recognized testing laboratories (NRTL) including UL and ETL. Products include XP control panels, XP VFD solutions and XP breakers.

UL Listings Available
As a UL certified panel shop, we offer solutions and products with or without UL listings depending on requirements. If a project requires custom certification, we can facilitate heat rise testing in our heat chamber including UL or ETL witness testing.
