Trade Account
To simplify order processing, SAI offers eligable customers trade accounts with approved credit and net payment terms.
1. Process
Download and complete the new customer trade account forms. Email the forms to accounts@saipower.com along with sales tax excemption form if applicable.
Processing applications may take 1-3 days. Once the process is complete a decision notification email will be sent to the provided contact email.
2. Submitting a Purchase Order
With an approved trade account, to place an order, send an email to the sales contact or sales@saipower.com. The purchase order should list the items required with description or part reference number. If available, please provide the quote reference.
3. Customer Service
If you have any questions about the order process, submitting an order, checking status of account setup or to request an increase in credit terms please email accounts@saipower.com.
