Retrofit InteliLite MRS 16 (RC3-MRS16)

The RC3 retrofit panel - powered by an InteliLite MRS 16, is a smart, off-the-shelf retrofit control panel solution. Designed as a drop-in replacement for the Cummins / ONAN Detector panel series. The RC3 panel provides a cost effective way to upgrade a failing or aging genset with modern control standards.

The RC3 panel features outstanding control, monitoring, and protection for both mechanical and electronic diesel / gas engines - all in one unit.

Retrofit Panel Features & Benefits

- Easy upgrade for failing / aging genset controls
- Simple replacement procedure - utilizes existing AVR (bolt in same location of new control box) and engine governor
- Preloaded with current firmware and archive with basic settings for a typical Cummins Diesel generator, including engine and generator protections.
- Pre-wired for mechanical or electronic engines
- 16 ga mild steel, powder coated textured black
- Design allows for space for AVR, extension modules, etc, inside of enclosure if required
- (4) 12 amp replays (starter, fuel valve, RUN/ECU power, spare - field replaceable relays
- 15 amp internal fuse (widely available standard ATC, automotive fuses)
- Front panel USB port with cover for software access
- All connections landed to terminal block strip for easy connection

Application

The RC3-MRS16 control panel is suitable for single genset applications. The 'MRS' provides manual or remote start operation for standby / prime power. Typically applications include rental and standby generators.
