Retrofit InteliGen 200 (RC3-IG200)

The RC3 retrofit panel - powered by an InteliGen 200, is a smart, off-the-shelf retrofit control panel solution. Designed as a drop-in replacement for the Cummins / ONAN Detector panel series. The RC3 panel provides a cost effective way to upgrade a failing or aging genset with modern control standards.

The RC3 panel features outstanding control, monitoring, and protection for both mechanical and electronic diesel / gas engines - all in one unit.

Retrofit Panel Features & Benefits

- Easy upgrade for failing / aging genset controls
- Simple replacement procedure - utilizes existing AVR (bolt in same location of new control box) and engine governor
- Preloaded with current firmware and archive with basic settings for a typical Cummins Diesel generator, including engine and generator protections

- 16 ga mild steel, powder coated textured black
- 2 piece, “base and cover” design allows for ample space for easy wiring customer connections
- Fused DC power available for external modules
- Front panel USB port with cover for software access
- Remote Annunciator over CANbus for NFPA 110
